Who we are

Forme Haus is a boutique Pilates studio opening in Bellevue, Washington. This policy explains what information we collect through formehauspilates.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you submit through our waitlist form: your email address. We do not collect anything else about you, and we do not buy, sell, or trade personal data.

How we use it

We use your details solely to keep you informed about Forme Haus — most importantly, to write to you before we open our doors. Waitlist entries are stored in MailerLite, the email platform that processes our mailing list on our behalf.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To keep automated spam out of our waitlist, submissions are verified invisibly by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile runs in the background — you will not see a checkbox or puzzle — and evaluates limited technical signals from your browser and network to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare processes this data as our service provider and does not use it to build advertising profiles. Its handling of that data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum, which forms part of this policy.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie or use similar technology strictly as necessary to perform its security verification, as described in the addendum linked above.

Retention and your choices

We keep your waitlist entry until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it to us. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
