Agreement

These terms govern your use of formehauspilates.com (the "Site") and the waitlist we run through it. The Site is operated by Forme Haus, a Pilates studio opening in Bellevue, Washington ("Forme Haus", "we", "us"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves nothing more than a place in line. It is free, it does not create a membership, booking, or purchase, and it does not obligate you or us in any way. Waitlist members hear about the opening date, schedules, and first access to booking before they are announced publicly. Places are not transferable, and we may close or reset the waitlist at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist, and the details you give us must be accurate and your own. You can leave the waitlist at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by contacting us.

Communications

By joining the waitlist you agree that we may contact you by email about Forme Haus. If you give us a phone number we may also send occasional text messages about the opening; message and data rates may apply, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. We do not sell or share your details for marketing by others. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Studio services

Classes, memberships, pricing, and scheduling described on the Site or in our emails are previews of what we intend to offer and may change before or after opening. Separate terms, including a health questionnaire and liability waiver, will apply when you book or attend a class. Nothing on the Site is medical advice; consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.

Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false or automated signups, interfering with its operation, or attempting to access systems or data you are not authorised to use. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated abuse off the waitlist.

Intellectual property

The Forme Haus name, monogram, wordmark, imagery, and all text and design on the Site belong to Forme Haus or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse its content or branding without our written consent.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it accurate and online but make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any opening date or offer will happen as previewed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forme Haus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or the waitlist, and our total liability to you in connection with the Site will not exceed USD 100.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
